TELONIX facilitates repair services for all of its product lines, except Agilent Technologies. Agilent Technologies Agilent handles all repairs direct. You will require an RA number before returning your instrument to Agilent. Contact Agilent at their central customer service office in Denver, Colorado at 1-877-894-4414. Be sure to have your model and serial number ready, as well as a description of the problem. Do not ship Agilent products to TELONIX. All other Products sold by TELONIX Service for all other products is arranged through TELONIX. Please begin the repair process by calling us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When we assign an RA# to your repair it helps us to track your equipment through the entire repair process. It ensures timely handling of your instruments, and also gives you a reference number by which you can call us for updates if necessary. When calling us, please have ready the model and serial number of each item you wish to return. To obtain your RA#, call the TELONIX Head Office at (905) 727-3050 or (888) 835-6649. When shipping your goods to us, please ensure to affix a Packing Slip to your shipment (in addition to the usual shipping label). A packing slip will help to ensure your goods arrive safely at the destination. Your Packing Slip should include the following information: - where the goods are being shipped from (company name, individual's contact coordinates including address, phone, email)
- details of the product to be repaired (model, serial number, fault details)
- who should be contacted with a repair estimate, including that person's complete contact coordinates
- a return ship-to address
TELONIX will subsequently reply with a written estimate prior to any work being done. We will send the estimate to the fax and/or Email address you specify.
